What will success look like? Once defined, the GES team will analyse client requirements and objectives to deliver a proposed solution and establish a reasonable and deliverable project timeline, because, helping you achieve your energy saving goal begins with us understanding your requirements, expectations and resources.
Once the Consultation phase has been completed, each client project is allocated to an expert team for design, procurement and execution.
At the completion of each project, GES staff will provide all product user manuals, technical information, brochures, product warranty information and information on support and maintenance programs. GES clients have a variety of service level agreements that will accommodate their appropriate maintenance needs.
Gerab Energy Systems LLC are committed to providing extensive training and product education to appropriate client representatives in order to ensure ongoing product and solution operation and efficiency. Both product and system solution training is delivered in parallel with implementation.
Gerab Energy Systems LLC can provide extensive support and ongoing maintenance through customized service level agreements designed to address any unscheduled service needs. Ongoing support and maintenance is designed to offer all clients affordable and reliable post-delivery support and peace of mind.
